A History of Doing the Right Thing
Ameriquest Mortgage is almost a quarter of a century old.
It began as Long Beach Savings and Loan in Long Beach, California
in 1980 and in 1997 it changed its name to Ameriquest Mortgage
Company. After nearly a quarter of a century of phenomenal
growth Ameriquest Mortgage Company has made more than a billion
dollars in Mortgage loans and is fully recognized by Fannie
Mae and Freddy Mac as well as being a non-supervised mortgagee
of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Ameriquest has grown from being a small savings and loan
in Long Beach California to being one of the largest mortgage
lenders in the United States, and it has done so by following
one simple, overriding philosophy: Do the Right Thing.
What does Do The Right Thing Mean? For one thing it means
looking at every customer as an individual and not as a number
or a statistic. It means doing whatever you can to find a
way to make a loan for a customer, even if that customer’s
situation does not fit into some nice, safe mold. It means
going the extra mile, working late if necessary to make sure
that when you tell a customer something will be done that
it actually is done – and done right.
Today Ameriquest makes home loans in all but four states
(New Mexico, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia).
This means that Ameriquest has nationwide resources and can
quickly solve almost any problem.
The loans at Ameriquest are easier to qualify for than the
loans at most other lenders. That is a direct reflection of
their commitment to Do The Right Thing. In most cases you
can pre-qualify for an Ameriquest loan in just 24 short hours
and your loan will be funded in just a few days.
Ameriquest has grown on a solid foundation of respect for
their customers, fairness, and an overwhelming desire to benefit
every community which they serve. |
